What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 25kg for most extract powders. For new customers, we offer sample sizes (100g-500g) for testing before bulk orders. Flexible MOQs available for long-term partners.
Do you provide Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch ships with a full COA including HPLC/UV test results, microbial limits, heavy metal screening, and supplier information. Third-party lab verification is also available on request.
What is your typical lead time?
In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom extraction orders typically take 15-25 days depending on complexity and quantity.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with strong experience exporting to Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC), Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. We handle all export documentation including phytosanitary certificates.
Do you offer private labeling / custom packaging?
Yes. We offer custom packaging options including drums, bags, and branded retail packaging for qualified partners. MOQ for private label applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight for large orders, and PayPal for sample orders. Payment terms: typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
